No intentional storage
Claude Watermark Remover does not create accounts or keep a database of submitted text. Scans run locally on the server. A full rewrite is sent to OpenAI only after you select Remove Watermark.
Free removal limit
Watermark removal supports up to 5,000 characters per request. Free access allows 30 immediate removals, up to 150,000 characters total, in a rolling 24-hour window that begins with the first removal request. Detection scans remain unlimited.
Operational safeguards
The APIs validate request size and enforce removal allowances through a short-lived signed server cookie, or a protected IP-derived server-side counter when configured. Submitted text is not stored in either limit record or logged.
